Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to act as a strategic liaison between HR and our business units. In this position you will deliver HR solutions that align with organisational goals, especially within construction or operations & maintenance environments.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand HR needs and support overall objectives.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, collaborating with hiring managers to attract and onboard top talent.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, ensuring efficient service delivery.
• Lead performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
• Provide HR guidance and advisory on policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Analyse HR data and prepare reports to aid decision‑making.
• Support employee development initiatives and contribute to a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant HR experience.
• Proven experience in recruitment, HR operations and performance management.
• Previous experience in construction or operations & maintenance companies is preferred.
• Strong command of written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
