Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner (Talent Partner) will drive and support the implementation of the talent management strategy aligned with the business plan. Acting as a trusted advisor, the partner will work closely with internal stakeholders and the People & Culture team to enhance employee engagement and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Create, develop and implement People & Organization processes, initiatives and systems that improve operational excellence and employee engagement.
• Provide counseling on HR policies and procedures, especially those related to talent management.
• Manage HR information systems and support recruitment at all seniority levels, ensuring a best‑in‑class candidate experience in Riyadh.
• Welcome new joiners, design onboarding plans, and follow up on training.
• Partner with executives and hiring managers to develop talent plans linked to business strategy.
• Contribute to People & Culture initiatives, complete HR reporting, and act as the primary contact for employees.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, people operations, and talent management.
• University degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources.
• Professional HR certification is a plus.
• Proven experience partnering with senior managers throughout the hiring process.
• Self‑motivated, high energy, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
