Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will serve as a strategic and operational ally for our factory in Sudair, supporting daily operations, workforce management, and employee experience. You will ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations while driving productivity improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑ground HR support for attendance, behavior, and shift management.
• Plan and manage manpower needs, including operational hiring and workforce availability.
• Handle employee relations, labor cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions in line with Saudi Labor Law.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring processes, and smooth onboarding of new staff.
• Support performance management, evaluations, and address under‑performance.
• Maintain compliance, manage employee records, and coordinate payroll‑related data.
• Analyze HR metrics such as turnover and absenteeism to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Strong background in employee relations and HR operations.
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
