Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The HR Business Partner will work closely with operational leaders and employees, providing hands‑on HR support across the full employee lifecycle. This position requires a fast‑paced, operational mindset and the ability to balance employee relations, HR operations, compliance, and business partnering duties.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders on day‑to‑day HR matters and workforce requirements.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, grievances and general HR queries.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, transfers, promotions and employee exits.
• Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and HR Operations to meet manpower needs.
• Assist workforce planning, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
• Ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across the operation.
• Oversee probation reviews and performance management processes.
• Act as a key point of contact for employees and managers to promote strong engagement.
• Handle HR administration related to QIWA, GOSI, employment contracts and employee documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records, headcount tracking and HR reporting.
• Ensure HR practices align with Saudi Labour Law and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Previous experience as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Labour Law and HR practices in KSA.
• Familiarity with QIWA, GOSI and Saudi employment processes.
• Excellent employee‑relations and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Willingness to be based in the Red Sea region of Saudi Arabia.
