About the role

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in Riyadh. You will play a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting candidates, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.

Key responsibilities

  • Create and maintain filing systems for employee documentation.
  • Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute mail, and manage phone calls.
  • Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
  • Set up new employee personnel files and assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, accessible application area, including accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
  • Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
  • Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues within the division.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of all employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
  • Welcome guests according to company standards and uphold professional communication.
  • Enter and retrieve work‑related information using computer systems.
  • Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb.
  • Assist with any other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
  • Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
