About the role
We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team in Riyadh. You will play a key role in maintaining employee records, assisting candidates, and ensuring smooth daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain filing systems for employee documentation.
- Prepare and type office correspondence, distribute mail, and manage phone calls.
- Order and track HR office supplies and forms.
- Set up new employee personnel files and assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures.
- Maintain a clean, accessible application area, including accommodations for individuals with disabilities.
- Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies and programs.
- Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues within the division.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of all employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
- Welcome guests according to company standards and uphold professional communication.
- Enter and retrieve work‑related information using computer systems.
- Perform light physical tasks such as moving objects up to 10 lb.
- Assist with any other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
- No supervisory experience required.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
