Human Resources Development Trainee (Tamheer Program)

About the role

Lendo is seeking a distinguished trainee for its Human Resources Development (Tamheer) program. The role offers practical experience supporting HR, culture, and learning initiatives that enhance employee development, engagement, and overall experience while contributing to a high‑performance work culture.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and implementation of learning and development initiatives, including mentoring programs, training courses, and capacity‑building projects.
• Help develop educational materials, tools, and internal resources for employee growth.
• Track employee interaction and feedback on learning initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
• Assist HR projects and corporate culture activities such as values promotion, interaction programs, employee experience improvement, and internal communication.
• Contribute to cross‑functional projects that enhance team collaboration, communication, and development.
• Conduct research, set standards, and prepare insights for HR initiatives.
• Design and coordinate employee interaction initiatives, internal events, and culture‑building activities.
• Support communication initiatives that promote consensus, belonging, and cultural alignment across the organization.
• Collect employee feedback and aid action planning for HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program (Saudi citizen, recent graduate).
• Excellent communication, organization, and cooperation skills.
• Strong interest in employee affairs, culture, training and development, and employee experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a rapidly evolving environment.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic.
