Human Resources Director

About the role

The organization, a private Saudi‑based company, is looking for an experienced Human Resources Director to lead and strengthen its HR function across multiple business units. This full‑time, on‑site role in Dammam requires a practical, business‑oriented leader who can improve HR structures, support senior management, and build robust people processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the HR function across the entire organization.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and succession planning.
• Review, develop, and improve HR policies, procedures, and internal workflows.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour law and relevant HR regulations.
• Support manpower planning, organisational restructuring, and job role clarification.
• Establish HR KPIs, reporting systems, and performance review processes.
• Advise senior management on workforce planning and organisational development.
• Lead initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, compensation, and career development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Master’s degree or professional HR certification preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and HR compliance requirements.
• Experience managing HR across multiple departments or business units.
• Proven ability to work with senior management and support business decision‑making.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem‑solving and people‑management skills.
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred.
