Human Resources Director – Saudi Arabia

About the role

The Head of HR will lead the people strategy for the Saudi Arabia business, aligning HR initiatives with commercial objectives. Acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, this role oversees the full HR function, from talent acquisition to compliance with Saudi labour laws.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an HR strategy that supports business goals across KSA.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness and a high‑performance culture.
• Lead and develop the local HR team to deliver high‑impact support.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, ensuring hiring plans meet growth and Saudisation targets.
• Drive performance management frameworks, succession planning and leadership development programmes.
• Lead employee engagement, diversity, inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
• Manage compensation, benefits, payroll and HR operations in line with market benchmarks.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi labour regulations and lead Saudisation (Nitaqat) implementation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in FMCG or fast‑paced multinational environments.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour law and Saudisation requirements.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic HR business partnering.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is highly advantageous.
