Human Resources (HR) Manager

About the role

The Human Resources (HR) Manager leads the HR function, ensuring that recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training and compliance align with the organization’s strategic goals. This role drives a positive workplace culture while supporting organizational development.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes, creating job descriptions and hiring strategies.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee concerns, manage grievances, disciplinary actions and conflict resolution.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems, support managers with KPI setting and succession planning.
• Assess training needs, develop and manage learning programs, and support leadership development initiatives.
• Oversee compensation structures, payroll coordination and benefits administration to ensure market competitiveness.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies, maintain compliance with labor laws, and keep accurate HR records.
• Support organizational change projects, improve employee engagement and provide HR analytics for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS or other HR software platforms.
