Human Resources Lead

About the role

Agility is looking for a Human Resources Lead in Riyadh who will lead HR functions and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role supervises the HR team and supports strategic HR initiatives aligned with the company's goals.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, talent management and people risk, and act as the main link between country businesses and Corporate HR
• Manage workforce-related government transactions and labor compliance through platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem and Mudad, and drive Saudization initiatives
• Oversee the employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance, talent reviews, mobility and offboarding, and coordinate payroll inputs and HR operations with Corporate HR and shared services
• Handle employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary cases and investigations
• Lead engagement, retention and localization initiatives, including advising on national employment targets and building relationships with educational institutions and external partners
• Support the employer brand in KSA through partnerships, talent events and community engagement

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on generalist functions
• Previous supervisory experience in HR preferred; HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations

• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems
• Ability to analyze HR metrics and generate reports
