About the role
The Human Resources Manager will act as an HR Business Partner for a Business Unit of approximately 150 employees across multiple sites in Dammam. The role supports local management, enhances HR policies, and ensures compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with locational management to align HR initiatives with business strategy.
- Develop, implement and evaluate employee relations, HR policies, and programs.
- Administer compensation, benefits, performance management, safety, and recreation programs.
- Oversee time & attendance, HRIS coordination, training, and monthly reporting.
- Manage relationships with government agencies, staying current on labor law changes.
- Handle vendor contracts for HR services, visas, insurance, relocation, and transportation.
- Lead recruitment, ensuring compliance with Nitaqat, visa, and onboarding processes.
- Advise managers on equal employment opportunity, sexual harassment policies, and organizational changes.
- Analyze training needs, design development programs, and monitor health & safety initiatives.
- Maintain personnel records, generate statistical reports, and recommend policy improvements.
- Investigate industrial accidents, represent the organization in hearings, and manage budgets and forecasts.
Required profile
- Saudi national with 5‑8 years of proven HR management experience.
- Experience supporting a Business Unit of ~150 employees across multiple locations.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, Nitaqat regulations, and government compliance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage employee relations, compensation, benefits, and performance systems.
