Human Resources Manager (HR Director)

About the role

With a strong 8‑year track record of growth, Halawa ALmassa Factory is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead our administrative transformation, optimise our organisational structure, and drive talent acquisition and retention strategies to support our next phase of expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and continuously enhance HR policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and governance framework.
• Lead workforce planning, organisational structuring, and job description refinement across all departments.
• Oversee end‑to‑end recruitment, focusing on executive, sales, marketing, and operational roles.
• Implement OKRs/KPIs and performance appraisal systems in collaboration with department heads.
• Develop competitive salary structures, incentive schemes, and career progression pathways.
• Supervise personnel management, payroll processing, employment contracts, and labour relations.
• Ensure strict compliance with Saudi Labour Law and manage government platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, etc.).
• Deliver data‑driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership for workforce scaling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven track record in building or restructuring HR systems and strategic talent acquisition.
• In‑depth knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and local compliance portals (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI).
• Strong capabilities in behavioural interviewing, negotiation, data analytics, and performance management.
• Preferred experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or retail; CIPD or SHRM certification is a distinct advantage.
