Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the full HR function for a business unit within Teef Najd Group, reporting to the BU General Manager and collaborating with corporate HR. This senior role is responsible for shaping HR strategy, ensuring compliance with Saudi labor law, and fostering a high‑performance workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and periodically review HR best practices and policies.
• Oversee recruitment, selection, hiring, onboarding, and talent acquisition for managerial and critical positions.
• Design and manage competitive compensation and benefits plans.
• Coordinate training and development programs with department heads on a quarterly basis.
• Maintain internal communication channels to keep teams informed on policies and procedures.
• Manage medical insurance renewal, employee expenses, and claims.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policy, and Ministry of Labor regulations.
• Handle employee relations, conduct disciplinary processes, and enforce labor law adherence.
• Prepare statistical HR reports on turnover, performance appraisals, absenteeism, and other personnel metrics.
• Develop and monitor the BU HR budget, KPI’s, performance reviews, and annual bonuses.
• Lead HR engagement initiatives, loyalty programs, and organizational development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• 10+ years of HR experience, preferably in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and relevant HR legislation.
• Professional HR certifications such as CIPD Level 5/7, SHRM, PHR or SPHR are a plus.
