Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will support the property’s HR office by overseeing recruitment, compensation, training, and compliance activities. This full‑time, onsite position ensures HR services meet employee needs and contribute to business success.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment and hiring process, including job fairs, external sourcing, and candidate selection.
• Coordinate with vendors to advertise openings and attract a diverse talent pool.
• Administer employee benefits and handle unemployment claim processes, ensuring accurate reporting and representation.
• Develop and deliver orientation and ongoing training programs to promote cross‑training and operational excellence.
• Provide HR expertise to property managers on selection procedures and compliance with laws and policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of HR or related experience, OR an associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, benefit administration, and employee development.
