Human Resources Manager

About the role

Jotun Saudi Co. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function in Riyadh. The role will shape company culture, drive people strategies, and support business growth while ensuring employee success throughout the full employment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the HR function using Jotun’s leadership tools to develop a capable, motivated workforce.
• Deliver end‑to‑end HR services from recruitment to retirement.
• Manage Compensation & Benefits, recruitment, talent attraction, mobility, diversity & inclusion, organizational design and HR systems.
• Oversee inbound and outbound employee mobility, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Implement and uphold Group, Regional and local HR policies, aligning with global standards and Saudi legal requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align HR initiatives with business goals and culture.
• Maintain compliance with legal and governmental regulations.
• Lead local training programs, employer branding efforts, and manage pension and insurance schemes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably with international exposure.
• Strong background in both operational and strategic HR, including full‑cycle responsibility.
• Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits and salary benchmarking.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with a track record of delivering results through teams.
