Human Resources Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead all HR activities at our chocolate manufacturing plant in Riyadh. The role is full‑time, on‑site and will shape people strategies that support our production goals and company values.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain HR policies in line with Saudi labour legislation.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Coordinate payroll and benefits together with the finance department.
• Oversee attendance tracking, employee records and compliance reporting.
• Develop workforce plans to meet production demands and support succession planning.
• Organise training programmes, health‑and‑safety initiatives and promote an inclusive workplace culture.
• Address workplace issues promptly and ensure fair resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience as an HR manager, preferably in manufacturing or the food industry.
• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Deep knowledge of Saudi labour laws and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
