Human Resources Manager

About the role

Aljazea Industrial Company is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations in its Riyadh office. This full‑time, on‑site position will shape HR strategy, ensure compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management and employee relations.
• Develop, update and enforce HR policies in line with Saudi labor regulations.
• Manage HR documentation, HRIS data and reporting.
• Advise managers on best HR practices and support talent development initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Lead change‑management and organizational‑development projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; professional HR certification is a plus.
• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Strong knowledge of regional labor laws and HR compliance.
• Proven ability to design and implement HR strategies and procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
