Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead HR operations for OSAS Medical’s Jeddah office, ensuring effective recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, benefits, and employee relations in line with company strategy and Saudi labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and employee relations.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company strategy and local labor regulations.
• Partner with department leaders on workforce planning and support training and development initiatives.
• Manage HR documentation, HRIS or other HR systems, and maintain accurate employee records and HR metrics.
• Monitor HR metrics, ensure compliance with employment laws, and contribute to organizational development and change management efforts.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the healthcare or medical technology sector.
• Strong skills in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning.
• Experience in performance management, compensation and benefits administration, and HR policy development.
• Proficiency in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering an inclusive work environment.
• Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field; professional HR certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• HRIS or other HR systems management.
• English proficiency (required); Arabic language skills (preferred).
