Human Resources Manager

About the role

Globe Alliance Company (GAC) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead its HR function across Saudi Arabia. The role will support the company’s rapid growth by managing all aspects of talent acquisition, employee relations and HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, workforce planning and high‑volume manpower mobilisation for construction, facility management and site‑based projects.
• Manage employee relations, performance management, HR policies and compliance with Saudi Labour Law.
• Coordinate with recruitment agencies, manpower suppliers and sourcing partners to meet urgent project staffing needs.
• Support business and operational growth through strategic HR initiatives and HRIS administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the GCC.
• Proven track record recruiting technical, skilled, semi‑skilled, supervisory and management‑level staff for construction and facility management contracts.
• MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Hands‑on experience with HRMS/HRIS systems.
