About the role
Our client is looking for a dedicated Human Resources Officer to manage day‑to‑day HR activities across the employee lifecycle in Saudi Arabia. You will be the primary point of contact for staff, support recruitment and onboarding, ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, and help foster a high‑performance culture.
Key responsibilities
- Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries, grievances and disciplinary matters, mediating workplace issues.
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviewing and offers.
- Coordinate new‑hire orientation and onboarding processes.
- Ensure HR practices comply with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa and Muqeem requirements.
- Maintain accurate physical and digital employee files and prepare official correspondence.
- Collect and verify attendance, overtime, leaves and deductions; support payroll processing.
- Assist with the annual performance review cycle, KPI tracking and development plans.
- Help develop, communicate and enforce HR policies aligned with company values and local regulations.
- Manage transactions on government portals such as GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem and the Ministry of Human Resources.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience in an HR Officer, HR Generalist or similar role within Saudi Arabia.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Psychology or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, Qiwa and Muqeem platforms.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HRIS systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Experience with government online platforms (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem).
- Familiarity with ERP/HRMS solutions such as Oracle or SAP SuccessFactors.
