Human Resources Officer – Riyadh

About the role

Zeoof Group is looking for a proactive Human Resources Officer to support its growing operations in Riyadh. The role combines recruitment, employee‑lifecycle management, and daily HR operations across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Coordinate local and overseas recruitment with agencies and candidates.
• Handle visa processing, mobilization, joining formalities, and expatriate onboarding.
• Oversee daily HR operations, employee relations, leaves, transfers, contract renewals, and employee requests.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Collaborate with department managers on manpower planning and hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and internal policies.
• Prepare HR reports, maintain workforce data, and support payroll and benefits administration.
• Follow up with all stakeholders to guarantee timely completion of HR tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong recruitment and talent‑acquisition background.
• Hands‑on experience with Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad, Absher Business, Ministry of Human Resources).
• Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and maintain high accuracy.
