About the role
The Human Resources Operations Manager leads Employee Relations activities while ensuring smooth HR operational processes, effective employee lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of policies and procedures. This role acts as a key link between employees, line managers, and leadership to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Employee Relations Management: act as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, manage grievances, complaints, disciplinary actions, conduct investigations, and ensure fair, consistent, and timely handling.
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle: oversee onboarding, transfers, exits, and support initiatives that improve employee experience and service quality.
- Policy & Procedure Development: optimize HR processes, contribute to continuous improvement of policies, ensure compliance, and support standardization across the organization.
- Labor Law & Compliance: maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of labor regulations, ensure alignment with legal requirements, support audits, and mitigate organizational risk.
- Workplace Relations & Conflict Management: handle escalations from managers, act as liaison between management and employees, conduct structured investigations, and resolve workplace disputes.
- Employee Engagement & Communication: monitor satisfaction, drive engagement strategies, and foster open communication throughout the workforce.
Required profile
- Proven experience leading employee relations cases and investigations.
- Strong knowledge of applicable labor laws and HR policies.
- Ability to manage end‑to‑end employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
