Human Resources Operations Manager

About the role

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Jeddah, is seeking an experienced Human Resources Operations Manager to lead end‑to‑end HR processes and enhance the employee experience. The role reports to senior business leaders and is responsible for ensuring accurate HR data, compliance, and effective service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end HR Operations and employee lifecycle processes.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) to maintain accurate employee data and HR transactions.
• Drive manpower planning aligned with business needs, organizational structure, and budget.
• Implement Employee Experience initiatives and improve HR service delivery.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and HR policy enforcement.
• Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing.
• Partner with business leaders on HR operational and employee‑related matters.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor regulations and internal HR policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and HR policies.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management abilities.
