Human Resources Operations Specialist

About the role

Bayut, the leading property portal in Saudi Arabia, is looking for a Human Resources Operations Specialist to support its growing team. You will ensure smooth HR processes across onboarding, employee relations, off‑boarding and compliance, while maintaining alignment with Saudi labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employment paperwork, contracts, banking setup and medical insurance for new hires.
• Coordinate training workshops, visa processing and relocation logistics for incoming talent.
• Maintain accurate employee records in BambooHR or a similar HRMS.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, policy clarification and performance‑management support.
• Conduct exit interviews, manage visa cancellations and represent the company at the Saudi Labour Office when needed.
• Respond to employee document requests within 24‑48 hours and produce monthly HR reports on visa headcount and quota tracking.

Required profile

• Graduate degree or diploma in Human Resources or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of HR experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of KSA immigration laws and labour regulations.
• Highly motivated, proactive, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with BambooHR or comparable HR management systems.
