About the role
The Human Resources Operations Specialist ensures smooth daily HR processes, supporting employee services across the organization. You will maintain accurate records, manage contracts, and coordinate with payroll and government agencies to keep all HR operations compliant and efficient.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain up‑to‑date employee records, personnel files, contracts, and HR documentation.
- Prepare employment contracts, job offers, renewals, amendments, and employee letters.
- Oversee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
- Process employee transactions such as transfers, promotions, salary adjustments, leave requests, attendance records, and terminations.
- Monitor attendance, working hours, absences, and leave balances; coordinate with payroll for deductions or adjustments.
- Support monthly payroll preparation by reviewing employee data, allowances, and deductions.
- Manage registrations and updates on Saudi government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad).
- Coordinate residency permits, work permits, sponsorship transfers, visas, and related government procedures.
- Track expiry dates of contracts, permits, insurance, and ensure timely renewals.
- Respond to employee inquiries on HR policies, contracts, payroll, benefits, and government procedures.
- Prepare HR letters, salary certificates, experience certificates, and other official correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, Saudi Labor Law, and relevant regulations.
- Generate regular HR reports on headcount, turnover, attendance, leave, and contract status.
- Assist finance, payroll, recruitment, and other departments to complete HR processes accurately.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required employee records.
- Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and operational efficiency.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR operations or personnel affairs.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR operational procedures.
- Familiarity with Saudi government platforms such as Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Strong organizational, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
