Human Resources Specialist

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based in Jeddah and focuses on delivering comprehensive HR support across the organization. The Human Resources Specialist will play a pivotal role in shaping HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring smooth personnel administration.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day HR management and maintain accurate personnel records.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and procedures.
• Administer employee benefits programs and address related inquiries.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, and onboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to promote a collaborative and multicultural work environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR management and policy implementation.
• Knowledge of employee benefits administration and personnel management.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws is a plus.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English for effective communication.
