Human Resources Specialist

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will join Roasting House Saudi Arabia in Riyadh, supporting and enhancing HR operations across the company. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on administering policies, managing records, and fostering an inclusive, high‑performance workplace culture.

Key responsibilities

• Administer HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation.
• Coordinate employee benefits, compensation, and payroll‑related documentation.
• Support performance management processes and basic employee relations matters.
• Collaborate with management and staff to promote an engaging work environment.

Required profile

• Strong HR and HR management experience in general operations.
• Knowledge of HR policies and Saudi labor laws with ability to implement compliant procedures.
• Experience in employee benefits administration and personnel management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
