About the role
A leading FMCG company is looking for an experienced Hygiene & Sanitation Supervisor to manage sanitation programs and ensure food safety compliance at its Jeddah facility.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement and monitor sanitation and cleaning programs in line with GMP and HACCP standards.
- Supervise hygiene teams, verify cleaning procedures, and conduct regular sanitation audits.
- Coordinate with Quality, Production and Maintenance departments to control contamination risks.
- Manage the use and safe handling of cleaning chemicals and pest‑control measures.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hygiene and sanitation within food manufacturing or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SSOPs and food safety regulations.
- Proven ability to lead sanitation teams and ensure procedural compliance.
