IAM Architect – ForgeRock / Ping Identity

About the role

The IAM Architect will lead the design and delivery of large‑scale enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Customer IAM (CIAM) programs. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable identity solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Define IAM strategy, architecture roadmaps and implementation frameworks.
• Lead solution architecture and design for authentication, authorization, federation, SSO, MFA and identity lifecycle management.
• Conduct technical workshops, architecture reviews and customer presentations.
• Establish security standards, governance models and IAM best practices.
• Guide cloud‑native IAM deployments, containerisation and modernization initiatives.
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications, APIs and cloud environments.
• Support pre‑sales activities, solution proposals and technical assessments.
• Mentor consultants and engineering teams throughout project delivery.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in IAM and cybersecurity.
• 5+ years designing ForgeRock or Ping Identity solutions.
• Proven track record leading enterprise‑scale IAM transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership abilities.
