IAM Business Analyst (SailPoint)

About the role

DeepSource Technologies is looking for a motivated IAM Business Analyst in Riyadh who bridges business requirements with technical Identity and Access Management solutions. The role works closely with business stakeholders, security teams and IAM engineers to analyse business processes, define access governance requirements and support the implementation of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions. The workplace is on site.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse IAM business requirements, conduct stakeholder workshops and interviews, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and functional specifications, and turn requirements into technical user stories
• Analyse joiner-mover-leaver processes, define approval workflows, support role engineering and RBAC analysis, and support access certification and segregation of duties (SoD)
• Analyse current IAM processes, identify automation opportunities, recommend governance improvements and support IAM operating model development
• Take part in Agile ceremonies, support UAT, coordinate with developers and architects, and track business issues and change requests

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or a related field
• 3-5 years of business analysis experience
• Experience in IAM or cybersecurity projects
• Experience with SailPoint projects is highly preferred

• IAM knowledge: identity lifecycle management, identity governance, RBAC, access requests, certification, SoD, user provisioning
• Business analysis: requirement gathering, process mapping, BPMN, user stories, use cases, gap analysis, UAT and testing, Agile
• Documentation: BRD, FRD, functional specifications, process flow diagrams
• Preferred: SailPoint IdentityIQ, ServiceNow, JIRA, Visio, Confluence, basic SQL
