IAM Business Development Executive

About the role

An experienced and dynamic IAM Business Development Executive is sought with 4+ years of experience in KSA to drive growth in the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain. The ideal candidate has sold Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions before; Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to expand the IAM portfolio.
• Identify and engage potential clients, partners and key decision-makers across industries.
• Promote and sell IGA, PAM, MFA and SSO solutions to enterprises, government entities and financial institutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales engagement.
• Work with technical and pre-sales teams to design and present tailored IAM solutions.
• Stay up to date on IAM trends, competitor activity and cybersecurity advances.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and reports to management and clients.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking sessions.

Required profile

• 4+ years of business development or sales experience in KSA focused on IAM solutions.
• Proven track record selling IGA, PAM, MFA and SSO solutions.
• Strong understanding of IAM concepts, cybersecurity frameworks and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced market.
