ICT Planning Support Consultant

About the role

The ICT Planning Support Consultant will assist ICT leadership with strategic planning, governance, project tracking and documentation across the organization. The role works closely with internal ICT teams, cybersecurity, business stakeholders, vendors and service providers to ensure effective execution of ICT programs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining and updating the ICT Strategy, Roadmap and Transformation Plans.
• Coordinate project and portfolio activities, track milestones, dependencies, risks and action items.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI reports and periodic status presentations for ICT leadership.
• Support governance activities, committee meetings, contract and license renewal tracking.
• Process SAP VIM invoices, monitor approvals and assist with budget tracking and procurement.
• Maintain centralized repositories for ICT plans, policies, procedures and project documentation, ensuring version control and accessibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related field.
• 5‑8 years of experience in ICT planning, PMO, business analysis or ICT governance.
• Proven experience supporting ICT strategy, project governance and reporting functions.
• Familiarity with digital transformation initiatives and ICT operational processes.
