Identity and Access Control Manager

About the role

We are seeking an Identity and Access Control Manager to lead our enterprise IAM program, covering IGA, MFA, SSO and PAM. The role will define policies, ensure they are enforced, and provide operational oversight to deliver daily IAM services.

Key responsibilities

• Own IAM policies, standards and control objectives such as JML, MFA, privileged access, service accounts, access reviews, SoD, break‑glass and logging/monitoring.
• Establish the IAM operating model (RACI, exceptions, risk acceptance, control testing) and define service expectations (SLAs, support, escalation).
• Drive the IAM roadmap, service delivery workflows and continuous improvement of request catalog and fulfillment.
• Lead identity lifecycle management and access review execution, including role/entitlement modeling (RBAC/ABAC), certifications, remediation, orphan/leaver cleanup and integration with HR/ITSM directories.
• Govern privileged access processes, including onboarding standards, vault/session controls, password rotation, break‑glass testing and incident response.
• Standardize SSO/MFA onboarding, federation stability, MFA enrollment/support and authentication policy tuning.
• Maintain runbooks and SOPs, collaborate with SOC/IR during incidents for rapid containment, and act as the IAM focal point for audits and stakeholder reporting.
• Manage vendor and partner performance and reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
• 4–6 years of professional experience in identity and access management or related cybersecurity fields.
• Fluent written and spoken Arabic and English.
• Strong communication abilities and knowledge of IT and cybersecurity concepts.
