Identity Management Consultant – IAM/PAM

About the role

Accenture is seeking an experienced Identity Management Consultant to help clients design, implement, and optimise digital identity solutions. You will work on privileged access management (PAM), identity and access management (IAM), multi‑factor authentication (MFA), and directory services, delivering secure, scalable architectures.

Key responsibilities

• Gather client requirements for PAM (Delinea), IAM (One Identity), MFA (Azure MFA, FortiAuthenticator) and directory services (Active Directory/DNS).
• Design identity strategies, architectures and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
• Configure and implement PAM, IAM, MFA, and AD/DNS solutions.
• Develop and maintain identity policies covering authentication, authorization, lifecycle and privileged access.
• Provide training, documentation and post‑implementation support.
• Collaborate with technology vendors such as Delinea, Microsoft and One Identity.

Required profile

• Solid background in IT security with hands‑on experience in IAM or PAM.
• Proven ability to work directly with clients in a consulting environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in fast‑paced, collaborative teams.
