In-Room Dining Manager

About the role

We are seeking an In‑Room Dining Manager to lead the daily operations of our room service department in Riyadh. This entry‑level management role oversees food and beverage delivery to guest rooms and hospitality suites, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction while maintaining budgetary controls.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage all day‑to‑day room service activities, including staffing, scheduling and compliance with hotel policies.
• Train, coach and support team members, stepping in to perform duties when needed.
• Monitor guest feedback and employee performance to achieve service excellence.
• Maintain inventory, control costs and assist with budgeting for the room service outlet.
• Collaborate with other food‑and‑beverage outlets, providing support during peak periods.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene standards are consistently applied.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least four years of experience in food‑and‑beverage, culinary or related fields, OR
• A two‑year degree in Food Service Management, Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration or a related discipline with at least two years of relevant experience.
