Incident & Continuity Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking an Incident & Continuity Team Leader to oversee the monitoring of operational incidents and ensure service continuity across our banking operations. The role is pivotal in maintaining operational stability, complying with regulatory requirements, and executing business continuity plans during disruptions.

Key responsibilities

• Implement department policies, processes and procedures in line with SAMA regulations and internal controls.
• Monitor and manage operational incidents, ensuring timely escalation, investigation and resolution.
• Oversee execution and effectiveness of approved Business Continuity Management (BCM) and recovery plans during disruptions.
• Coordinate with Operations units to implement service continuity requirements and track resilience indicators.
• Prepare and present incident, continuity and operational resilience reports for management.
• Identify recurring incident trends, root causes and drive corrective actions.
• Support BCM testing exercises and follow up on remediation actions.
• Guide and mentor team members in incident monitoring and escalation processes.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives and SAMA‑related projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 6‑8 years of experience in banking operations, with a focus on incident management and business continuity.
• Intermediate proficiency in English.
