Individual Car Purchasing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Individual Car Purchasing Specialist to join Syarah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In this role you will be responsible for sourcing, evaluating and acquiring used vehicles from private owners across the country, supporting our growth in the used‑car market.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and source vehicles from individual sellers throughout KSA.
• Inspect and assess vehicle condition to determine fair market value.
• Negotiate purchase prices and close acquisition deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with car owners and dealers.
• Ensure smooth transaction processes, including documentation, inspection and ownership transfer.
• Coordinate with internal teams to complete paperwork and logistics.

Required profile

• Previous experience in car buying, automotive sales or related field (preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Good knowledge of the used‑car market in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to accurately assess vehicle condition and pricing.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.
• Valid driving licence is a plus.
