Key responsibilities

• Analyze production processes and workflows, using Six Sigma and Lean methodologies to identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement process optimization strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and execute experiments, gathering data for informed decision‑making.
• Conduct time studies and capacity analysis to determine resource allocation and optimize manpower and machinery utilization.
• Create detailed documentation, including standard operating procedures and best practices, to facilitate knowledge sharing.
• Monitor key performance indicators and report on solution effectiveness, recommending further improvements.
• Assist in training team members on new processes and technologies, fostering continuous learning.
• Engage with suppliers and stakeholders to ensure engineering solutions meet quality standards.
