Industrial Maintenance Supervisor – Food Production

About the role

Join one of the world’s largest food producers as an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor. You will be responsible for keeping production and utility equipment running at optimal levels while driving reliability initiatives across the site.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain equipment availability and implement equipment reliability techniques to reduce losses and extend asset life.
• Apply value analysis methods for spare part decisions, localization, and cost‑effective repairs.
• Develop engineering solutions for repetitive failures using analytical methods.
• Manage and report on PCM indicators, preventive maintenance compliance, and Kanban inventory control.
• Oversee lubrication, thermography, vibration analysis, inspection orders and related reporting.
• Lead the technical team, ensure skill development, and create backup for core functions.
• Control spare parts inventory, calibration activities, workshop standards, and external service coordination.
• Train production and maintenance staff on SAP PM/AM module usage and support risk assessments.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
• Proven ability to lead a maintenance team and coordinate with production planning.
• Strong analytical mindset for troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
