Information Technology Recruiter

About the role

The Information Technology Recruiter will lead the end‑to‑end hiring process for a variety of technology positions, ranging from high‑volume roles to niche senior‑level specialties. You will work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand talent needs and deliver qualified candidates quickly in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for IT roles such as React, Java, Cloud, Data, SAP, and Salesforce.
• Source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Utilise ATS systems and recruitment analytics to track progress and optimise processes.
• Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and ensure alignment with project structures and technology stacks.
• Handle multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining high quality and speed.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven success hiring for niche technology roles.
• Strong understanding of IT skill sets, project structures, and technology stacks.
• Experience in both volume hiring and senior‑level recruitment.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation abilities.
