Infrastructure Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Saudi Infrastructure Specialist to join our dynamic IT team. The role focuses on ensuring high‑availability, secure, and efficient IT infrastructure across servers, networks, storage, and security appliances.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain servers, storage systems and network devices.
• Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance, improving service quality.
• Manage firewalls and security appliances, including Palo Alto devices and associated licenses.
• Track and renew software and hardware licenses.
• Perform regular backups and support disaster recovery procedures.
• Provide infrastructure‑level support to the Service Desk team.
• Handle infrastructure tickets in ManageEngine ITSM, meeting SLA commitments.
• Prepare technical reports on infrastructure performance and KPIs.
• Apply cybersecurity standards and internal security policies.
• Participate in infrastructure upgrade and improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience with IT infrastructure, networks, servers and security systems.
• Saudi national.
• Preferred certifications such as CCNA/CCNP, PCNSE, CompTIA Network+/Security+, MCSA/MCSE.
