Inside Sales Executive – IT Distribution

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to drive new business and nurture existing client relationships within the IT distribution market. The role focuses on prospecting, qualifying leads, and collaborating with internal teams to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify potential customers and business opportunities in target markets.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through outbound calls, emails, and other prospecting methods.
• Identify key decision‑makers and initiate the sales process.
• Develop and expand business within existing accounts while acquiring new customers.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and vendor teams to create effective sales strategies.
• Transfer qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales team members for closure.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales activities, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Present product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospects.
• Prepare quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on inquiries.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales quotas, KPIs, and revenue targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or a related field (preferred).
• 2‑3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, business development or account management, preferably in IT distribution or technology solutions.
• Strong knowledge of sales principles, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Well‑organized with strong time‑management and multitasking skills.
