Inside Sales Representative (Lead Generator)

About the role

FedEx is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive lead generation and support customer acquisition across its network. The role focuses on outbound calling, prospecting, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact through account activation.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
• Generate leads, develop pricing proposals, and present solutions to prospective customers.
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships through proactive account management.
• Prepare and submit iSell reports, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
• Follow defined sales processes and meet deadlines while ensuring compliance with internal standards.
• Identify anomalies in sales data, resolve issues using established procedures, and escalate complex matters when necessary.

Required profile

• Strong influencing and persuasion abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general PC usage.
• Saudi national eligibility as specified.
