About the role
We are seeking an experienced Instructor to deliver a specialized training program on 3D printing and additive manufacturing tailored for the energy sector. The role combines theoretical instruction with hands‑on practice to develop local talent and support technology localization goals.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver theoretical and practical training on 3D printing processes, including FDM, SLA, SLS, and metal DMP/L‑PBF.
- Focus training on real‑world applications within oil & gas, power generation, and petrochemical industries.
- Teach Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM) concepts and use of CAD/CAM tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD.
- Guide participants in using slicing software and preparing files for production.
- Mentor Saudi engineers and technicians, fostering advanced manufacturing capabilities.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in additive manufacturing or related engineering fields.
- Proven background in training, teaching, or mentorship.
- Familiarity with energy‑sector applications and spare‑parts localization is a strong plus.
Required skills
- Additive manufacturing processes: FDM, SLA, SLS, Metal DMP, L‑PBF.
- Design for Additive Manufacturing (DfAM).
- CAD/CAM software: SolidWorks, AutoCAD.
- Slicing tools for 3D printing.
