Integration Engineer – Fraud Prevention Solutions

About the role

As an Integration Engineer you will work on the front line of fraud prevention, helping banks, fintechs, e‑commerce platforms and enterprises deploy Group‑IB’s AI‑driven fraud detection and threat monitoring solutions. The role blends hands‑on engineering with direct customer interaction, ensuring each implementation strengthens the security posture of our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Implement SDKs, APIs and web components on customer environments.
• Customize solutions to match specific business and technical requirements.
• Provide consultancy and guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including implementation guides and API references.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, perform incident and root‑cause analysis, and meet SLA commitments.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during integration.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with client technical teams.

Required profile

• Hands‑on engineering mindset combined with strong customer‑facing skills.
• Ability to understand and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience delivering integration projects in a cybersecurity or fraud‑prevention context.
