Integration Engineer

About the role

The Integration Engineer will support the Regional Sales Director by delivering technical presentations, workshops, and demonstrations of IDEMIA solutions across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East. You will act as the primary technical contact for customers, partners, and system integrators during evaluations and proof‑of‑concept projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver technical presentations, workshops and product demonstrations.
• Lead discovery sessions to capture customer requirements and business challenges.
• Plan, configure, and execute proof‑of‑concept activities from start to finish.
• Deploy IDEMIA products for demos and POCs and act as the main technical liaison.
• Define solution architectures and recommend appropriate products and services.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs and customer presentations.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Support and Sales to relay feedback and resolve issues.
• Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform product evolution.
• Provide accurate weekly and monthly activity reporting and support project hand‑over when needed.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in a customer‑facing technical, integration, pre‑sales or solutions engineering role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Experience with enterprise software, security solutions, identity technologies or biometric systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers, partners and system integrators.
