About the Position
Are you a results-driven sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a motivated Intermediate Telesales Representative to join our dynamic team in Riyadh and serve as the impactful voice of our company.
Main Missions
- Proactively contact potential customers to promote our diverse range of products and services.
- Manage the full sales cycle for both inbound and outbound calls to drive revenue growth.
- Identify and qualify new leads to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Analyze customer needs to present tailored value propositions effectively.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions within the CRM system.
- Ensure meticulous follow-up on all leads to maximize conversion rates.
Profile Required
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar high-volume sales environment.
- Demonstrated ability to handle rejection with resilience and maintain a positive attitude.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a closing mindset.
- Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
