Intern Project Manager

About the role

This internship supports Arabian Private Holdings' consulting teams as they guide clients through complex corporate transitions. You will assist in coordinating resources, tracking key discussion points, and ensuring deliverables meet partner standards.

Key responsibilities

• Organise project timelines, track milestones and manage schedules for advisory mandates.
• Conduct structured corporate research on governance and market trends.
• Synthesise operational data into concise summaries for senior analysts.
• Prepare structured presentations and reports with clear logic and precise writing.
• Maintain internal project logs, documenting client agreements, action items and follow‑ups.
• Participate in team discussions to help form views on client challenges.
• Coordinate communication between team members to keep work moving smoothly.

Required profile

• Strong academic record in business, economics, engineering or a related field.
• Clear, professional English with excellent written precision.
• High attention to detail and grammatical accuracy.
• Collaborative mindset and curiosity about corporate strategy, holding companies and asset management.
• Strong organisational habits and ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Comfort working with quantitative data, spreadsheets and basic business tools.
