Internal Audit Manager – Insurance

The leading insurance company in Saudi Arabia is looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager to join its Riyadh office. The role focuses on overseeing financial audit engagements and providing advisory support across the organization’s insurance operations. This position offers the opportunity to influence the company’s risk culture and drive continuous improvement across its audit function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage financial audit engagements and related advisory assignments.
• Assess and evaluate internal controls, risk management processes, and compliance frameworks.
• Identify gaps and provide actionable recommendations to improve governance and operational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with senior management to ensure audit findings are addressed and tracked.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in internal audit within the insurance industry.
• Strong expertise in financial audits, IFRS, ICFR, ERP audits, and risk assessment.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CPA, CA, ACCA, or SOCPA are highly preferred.
• Proven ability to lead audit teams and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
