About the role
Maharah Human Resources Company is looking for an International Recruitment Officer to lead and support its overseas hiring initiatives. The role will involve building relationships with recruitment agencies abroad, sourcing qualified talent, and ensuring smooth visa and mobilization processes.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with international recruitment agencies and manpower suppliers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas recruitment partners.
- Source and identify qualified candidates based on client requirements.
- Review candidate profiles to ensure alignment with job specifications.
- Coordinate recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate documentation.
- Follow up on visa processing, mobilization, and deployment timelines with external agencies.
- Negotiate recruitment terms and service agreements when required.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate pipelines.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant labor regulations.
- Prepare periodic recruitment reports and updates for management.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
- 0‑3 years of experience in recruitment, international recruitment or manpower outsourcing.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
